Toyota Recalls Millions of Vehicles as Mats May Jam Pedals - Bloomberg: "Toyota Motor Corp. said it’s recalling 2.17 million Toyota and Lexus vehicles sold in the U.S. for carpet and floor-mat flaws that could jam gas pedals, the company’s biggest such announcement in a year."
