TOBRUK, Libya (AP) -- Moammar Gadhafi's forces attacked a town west of Tripoli with tanks and artillery on Monday, expanding a campaign to clear rebels from Libya's western front around the capital. In the east, the government's offensive was slowed by opposition forces digging in at a key oil port.
