Nancy Pelosi Says Catholic Church Has Not Enforced its Teaching on Contraception | Video | TheBlaze.com: During an event at Texas A&M University on Monday, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi claimed the Catholic Church has never enforced its teaching on contraception and that the church is now looking to the federal government to enforce that teaching for it.
