Independent Charity Watchdog Gives HSUS a "D" Grade

Independent Charity Watchdog Gives HSUS a "D" Grade: "In the April/May issue of its Charity Rating Guide and Watchdog Report, CharityWatch, an independent charity watchdog group (formerly the American Institute of Philanthropy), gave the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) an “unsatisfactory” grade of “D”, a rating it has received for almost two years straight. In comparison, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) received a slightly higher grade of C+."
