Avalanche of Obamacare Taxes Begins - The Rush Limbaugh Show: "Now, I'm a little confused, because the story makes it plain that these new tax rates will be applicable starting January 1, but they won't be final until the review and public comment process that the IRS holds, which they're required to, and it won't matter. You could go in, a hundred thousand people could go in and oppose this, and it won't change it. It's gonna happen. It's the law. The public comment time is just a chance for people to come in, blow off steam. So you're gonna have new tax rates that will not be official until April, but they are going to be applied, as I read the story. It's really confusing"
