These Parents Are Outraged After the Teacher Violates Privacy With "Homework" Assignment [PICTURE]: "Some Utah parents were outraged about a homework assignment sent home by a Mapleton Junior High School health teacher.
The assignment, a picture of which is available below, consisted of a pink form that students were required to fill out as they inventoried their family’s medicine cabinet. The form asked for such information as the name of the medicine, its directions for use, and what the drug is prescribed for."
