Obama Administration to Penalize 2,600 Hospitals Who Treat the Poor and Minorities: "For all of you who still think the Democratic Party is the Party for poor and working class Americans think twice. Under Obamacare guidelines, the federal government has stated that it will begin issuing fines to more than 2,600 hospitals this next year. The fines are being imposed on those hospitals that treat Medicare patients who end up back at the same hospital within 30 days of their initial discharge."
