The NFL wants to penalize the use of the N-word -- 15 yards -- when used by the players on the field during the game.  It'll be a 15-yard penalty for use of the N-word in a league populated by 75% African-Americans.  Seventy-five percent of the players are African-American.  Therefore, 75% statistically of the use of the word would be by black players.  Fifteen-yard penalty.  Now, there's a bunch of ways of looking at that"
